O'Kane Irish Teabrack 500g

A most traditional Irish fruitcake in which the dried fruit has been soaked overnight in tea. Deliciously moist!!

Sultanas (36%) Tea (27%) Fortified Wheat flour (Wheat Flour Calcium Corbonate, Iron Niacine (B3) and Thiamin (B1), Sugar, Whole Egg. Mixed Peel (Orange Peel, Glucose-Fructose Syrup (Wheat, Maize) Lemon Peel, Sugar, Acidity Regulator, Citric Acid, Preservative, Sulpher Dioxide Potassium Sorbate, Salt, Molasses, Salt, Mixed Spice, Raising Agent, Sodium Carbonates, Preservative, Potassium Sorbate.
