McCann's Traditional Irish Barm Brack 553g
Description
In bygone days Barm Brack was traditionally eaten at Halloween in Ireland (on All Saints Day), when a host of myths and customs surrounded the product. Traditionally a ring was inserted into the dough before baking and the person who got the slice containing the ring would be the first to get married. The McCanns bracks would always have the rings in the run up to Halloween. Sadly no longer since the Health & Safety police now rule our lives.....shame.
